Professional Management Consultants Int'l (PMCi) is unreservedly committed to perform and deliver its management consultancy services on-time and in accordance with international standards as well as any applicable legal and other requirements.

To achieve this, the company has implemented and maintain a fully documented quality management system based on internationally recognized standard ISO 9001:2015. Providing quality services to all interested parties is the responsibility of management and employees alike.

It is our policy to:

  • Continually improve all processes, products and services, to support the company strategic directions.

  • Provide a framework to constantly establish, improve and monitoring the effectiveness of quality objectives and eliminate the deviations.

Information Security Policy

 

PMCi recognizes that Information security management system is crucial to its operation. As thus, we strive to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of all information we create, manage, store, or disseminate through sound confidentiality procedures. This policy aims to protect our information assets from any internal, external, deliberate or accidental threats. To pursue the policy, we shall:

  • ensure that all applicable information is treated with complete confidentiality;

  • maintain integrity of all such information;

  • comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;

  • safeguard security of our information assets through effective business continuity management;

  • make information available to stakeholders with minimum disruption;

  • increase staff awareness of information security management through education and training;

  • perform reliable access control to protect our information system against unauthorized access.

Under this policy:

 

  • All information security breaches will be duly reported and investigated by authorized persons;

  • he Information Security Officer is responsible for documenting and maintaining the Information Security Management System;

  • All Information Security documents will be made available, in physical or electronic form, to support the ISMS Policy;

This policy has been approved by top management and will be reviewed annually and if necessary revised to keep up to date and will be available on the organization’s public website.
