Re-Engineering, Re-Structuring & Job Descriptions

Review the present organization structure of the company and identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend organization changes that respond to corporate and operational needs.
Develop and document the functional organization structure and the position organization structure, taking into consideration the line and staff reporting relationships, appropriate span of control, communications and working relationships.
Prepare job descriptions for each position in the organizational structure including all professional / technical positions.
